Discovering Cheating Early
Let's begin by considering the laws of life.
When it is raining you become wet. Big animals eat small animals.
If you don't take in water you will die of thirst. People lie to each other every day.
Did you miss the last item?
People are not faithful by nature. We don't mate exclusively all our lives with the very first mate we choose.
We may have more than one partners throughout our lives.
And we don't just get physically intimate to have babies.
Some animals might. People do not.
But when it comes to infidelity, people suppose that the laws of life do not apply to them.
They think that nobody would ever cheat on them because they're too good in bed, too good looking, too wealthy, too great at this, too good at that etc. and etc..
"She would never lie to me, she loves me"
"He would never do that, he has it too great"
The biggest, most common reason why affairs go unnoticed is when people Choose not to believe that it can happen to them.
Now let me assure you right now that the laws of life apply to everybody --especially you.
I don't care who you are - a movie star - a bum - a mother -a father - a beauty.
Anyone, and I mean anyone, can deceive you.
If you don't believe this fact, you will not notice every little thing your partner does that declares "I'm deceiving you". Look out for the signals of cheating!
Let me share a short story with you...
An old friend came to my door once to cry on my shoulder about the troubles he was experiencing with his wife. She was doing all of these strange things, he spotted her embracing another guy in a parking garage, she wouldn't sleep in the same bed with him etc.
Seriously any 6 year old can have recognized she was deceiving him.
It was that obvious. But he was not able to believe it.
Why? These were his answers , in order:
1. He buys all the expenses and he is not cheating on her, so there is no reason she should cheat?
2. He enquired of her if she was lying and she said no.
3. He's smarter than her.
This is the perfect example of someone who doesn't believe the laws of life apply to them.
He couldn't believe that someone would cheat on him. He couldn't get past that.
And the fact of the matter is that most people behaves this way at some time or another.
If you don't believe that it can happen to you, if you believe that you are that one unique person in the universe where the laws of life don't apply to you, you're going to have a miserable time of it.

At the moment he is going through a painful divorce that he does not appreciate. She moved out and accused him in court. OMG, she also has a boyfriend that shares her office!
And he remains unaccepting of what's happening to him!

1. You have to believe the cold tough truth that any person can and will probably cheat on you. It's human nature. If you don't "get over yourself" and believe this, you're in for a lot of misery.
2. Never expect your lover to admit to you that they are having an affair. If you're waiting for this to occur, it will be the strangest wait of your life.
